What Choose Us?
Independent, robust assurance – trusted by investors, lenders, and regulators.
Our audits go beyond the numbers, providing clarity and confidence in your financial position.
Does Your Business Need a Statutory Audit?
In the UK, a statutory audit is legally required if your private limited company meets, for two consecutive years (or just one year for new incorporations) two or more of the following:
Prior to year ends commencing 6 April 2025:
Your Title Goes Here
Your Title Goes Here
Your Title Goes Here
For year ends commencing 6 April 2025:

For groups, the thresholds need to be assessed incorporating all worldwide companies within the group. There are, however, slightly higher thresholds available for groups on a ‘gross’ basis.
Even if your company or group does not meet two or more of the above thresholds, investors and lenders may request one to ensure financial transparency. There may also be other legal requirements for an audit. For instance:

Industry regulators (Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the Charities Act requirements).

Shareholder or member requirements

Public of traded companies
