Re-opening the Lewis Brownlee Offices

As we’re now seeing some more restrictions being lifted we wanted to let you know what we’re doing with our offices…

From yesterday shops in England selling non-essential goods were able to reopen (provided they follow government guidelines), and more restrictions are set to be lifted over the coming weeks. With all these changes we wanted to let you know what we’re doing in our Chichester and Midhurst offices, and how we as a business are moving forward!

Having conducted thorough risk-assessments of our Chichester and Midhurst offices, we have prepared for both to be re-opened but with new safety measures in place.

Chichester Office

Whilst the majority of our team will still be working from home, we are slowly bringing back a small number of staff. If you need to visit our Chichester office, before you enter you will find a sanitiser table provided for you to use. We have put a 2m social distancing circle on the floor in our reception area to ensure you’re at a safe distance at all times.

We are not currently using our sign-in tablet so if you are coming in for a meeting you will just need to give your name to our receptionist who will sign you in, and then direct you to the Hardham meeting room and tell you where to sit, and the member of staff you are having a meeting with will then attend the meeting, but still ensuring a 2 metre distance between you and them at all times. If you are coming to the office to drop off books/records then please read the signage before entering and place these where directed.

Midhurst Office

From Monday 6 July our Midhurst Office will have a staff presence on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, although we still encourage visitors to only come to the office if the matter is important and cannot be resolved another way. If you do need to visit our Midhurst office, then you will find that the door is locked, and you will need to ring the doorbell. If you have books/records to drop off these are to be placed on the table provided outside of the meeting room.

We are not currently using our sign-in tablet so if you are coming in for a meeting you will just need to give your name to our receptionist who will sign you in, and then direct you to the meeting room, and the member of staff you are having a meeting with will then attend the meeting, but still ensuring a 2 metre distance between you and them at all times.

If you do need to arrange to come in to the office please call us on 01243 782 423 and let us know in advance.

Take care and stay safe!
